(English & Spanish)

I’m Daniella Coolahan, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) working collaboratively with Dr. Mira to provide comprehensive patient care in the greater Baltimore area.

I was born and raised in Peru and moved to the United States at a young age. I have a very close family and it was my grandfather’s passing that inspired me to pursue medicine. I am passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives and grateful to be working in such a great practice.

After earning my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Towson University, I went on to obtain my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Maryland and my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Johns Hopkins University.

With over a decade of medical experience, I’ve held leadership roles as an OR charge nurse and Radiology department team leader at Mercy Medical Center. As a bilingual speaker of English and Spanish, I’m able to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population.

Comprehensive Care

Outside of work, I maintain an active lifestyle, running seven days a week and doing Pilates. My husband and I have a fur baby and love to travel when possible.

Working at Dr. Tamader Mira’s practice, I enjoy collaborating with the team to provide comprehensive care, including annual physicals, chronic care management, and acute sick visits. We are surrounded by many patients with multi-generational ties to the practice. This strong commitment to improving the health of our community and the strong family ties I witness each day makes it easy to come to work each day.
